Find us
We are centrally located in Västerås and easy to reach by car, bicycle, on foot or by public transport. It's a short walk from the central station and city center.

On arrival
Ring the doorbell
The front door is locked. Ring the doorbell when you arrive and we will meet you and show you to the right room.
Parking
We have marked parking spaces for our customers directly adjacent to the clinic. Parking is free for visitors.
Payment
Payment is made in connection with the visit. We accept:
- Card
- Swish
- Cash
Direct settlement with insurance
If your pet is insured, we can in most cases settle directly with your insurance company. This means you only pay the deductible and the insurance company pays the rest directly to us.
For direct settlement you need:
- Have your pet's insurance number available
- Inform the staff on arrival that you want to use direct settlement
An administrative fee of 200 SEK applies for direct settlement.
Before surgery
Dogs and cats
- Fast 6 hours before visit if anesthesia is required
- A small portion of food close to fasting time is okay
- Water is fine until the visit
Rabbits and small animals
- Should NOT fast before anesthesia
- Bring some of their usual food to the visit
- They should be able to eat during the day
